Welcome to Birch House Farm our family home which is set within 12 acres of woodlands and pasture with breath taking views over the Esk Valley.
We are pleased to offer the first of our two luxury glamping lodges for couples wanting to experience being close to nature with all the comforts of home.
Our luxury lodges are nestled in their own glades within our wood, offering you peace, tranquillity and a great base to explore the North York Moors and nearby beautiful coast.

Birch House Farm was built in the 18th Century. Since this time it has been part of the Duchy of Lancaster's Estate and it is now our family home.
Our hand built lodge has sheep wool insulation and oak framed double glazed windows and doors. It has been designed to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible whatever the weather.
The North York Moors is one of the largest expanses of heather moorland in the United Kingdom and incorporates some of the best views and picturesque villages in the country.
It has a host of award winning eateries and local farmers markets and during the summer months an abundance of agricultural and local produce shows.
Looking across the valley from the lodges you can see the village of Grosmont which is famous for the North York Moors Steam Railway.
A 15 minute walk meandering down the valley brings you to the fords across the Murk Esk which is a perfect place to spot a Dipper or a Heron.
